LEADERSHIP
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, HEATHER SCHNEIDER
Heather was born and raised in Kansas but has called Adair home since 2011. She is married to Kahl and together they have four children: Quynton, Paxton, Treyton, and Brexton, all of whom were Club kids growing up!
Heather began her journey with the Boys & Girls Club in 2013 and has served as Executive Director since 2020.
She is passionate about her community and the well being of local youth. Heather takes great pride in providing a safe, welcoming space with top tier programming and dedicated staff for children across five counties in Iowa.
In her free time, Heather enjoys supporting her children in their activities, attending community events, and spending time camping with her family and friends.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR, PAXTON SCHNEIDER
Paxton has been part of the Boys & Girls Club family since she was 7 years old! After spending five summers as a staff member, she stepped into the role of Program Director in May 2024. She is a proud graduate of ACGC Schools.
Paxton takes great pride in creating engaging, high quality programming for the youth who attend the Club. From fun activities and creative crafts to her favorite event “Christmas in July”! She’s passionate about making every day at the Club meaningful and memorable.
Outside of work, Paxton enjoys supporting local community events, shopping small, and curling up with a good book.
SPORTS COORDINATOR, SETH COMLY
Seth is a proud resident of Casey, Iowa, where he lives with his wife, Mollie, and their three children: Xavier, Hazel, and Olivia. A former Club kid himself, Seth now gets to share that experience with his own children, who are current Club members. He is also an alumnus of AC Schools.
With a strong passion for sports, Seth was a natural fit when the opportunity arose to add a sports focused position at the Club. He leads the AC Baseball/Softball Little League Program. In addition, Seth has introduced a variety of sports camps open to all local youth, helping to expand athletic opportunities in the community.
In his free time, Seth enjoys coaching youth sports and spending quality time with his children.
