A membership application must be filled out completely and returned to the Club location or emailed to BGCAdair@gmail.com. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and must include the required paperwork and program fee.

After School Programming is $100 per member for the 2025-26 school year. Payment is due August 26, 2025.

Pre-K After School Programming is $250 per month for the 2025-26 school year, per member. Payment is due the 1st of each month. (This fee does include all day Wednesday care. 7:30am-6pm)

Summer Programming will be $200 for the entire 2025 summer per member. All members are eligible to attend Summer Club from 7am-6pm.

For regular After School Programming members must in in Kindergarten or older.

For Summer Club members must be going into Kindergarten the upcoming school year to attend.

The Boys & Girls Club of Central Southwest Iowa also offers After School Care for 4 year old Pre-K children. For more information please email BGCAdairProgram@gmail.com

After school programming does provide snacks for all students. During summer programming, we participate in the SFSP to provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack. USDA is an equal opportunity provider, employer, and provider.

At this time we do not.

The Boys & Girls Club of Central Southwest Iowa schedule will mimic that of the Adair/Casey, Guthrie Center Public Schools regarding closures for inclement weather. In the event that ACGC Schools cancels classes before the school day begins, we will close the Club. In the event that ACGC Schools close early or cancel evening activities, Club will be open.

Clubs observe the following minimum closures for staff training, Club maintenance, and/or staff holidays:

· One week between the end of summer and the beginning of the fall semester

· One week between the spring semester and the start of summer

· All ACGC no school day

· Clubs may close for additional dates, as needed. Clubs will post all closures and notify families in advance.
