PRESIDENT: KORI NEWBURY ‍ ‍President since 2026

Kori is a resident of Greenfield who, alongside her husband Daryl, raised five children and now enjoys the grandparent life. She is a Registered Nurse and serves as the Program Director for Senior Life Solutions at Adair County Health System.

Kori’s connection to the Club began when one of her twin daughters worked at the Adair site during a summer in college. Through that experience, she gained a deeper understanding of the Club’s impact. Her interest continued to grow as Greenfield identified a need for increased community support for children ages five and older.

Kori believes the Boys and Girls Club will be a valuable and lasting asset to the community for many years to come.

VICE PRESIDENT: JENNIFER GARSIDE ‍Vice President since 2026

Jennifer Garside is a lifelong resident of the Fontanelle and Greenfield area.  Having worked for FNB Bank for 35 years, she serves as the executive director of the Greater Greenfield Community Foundation which has been in existence since 1984 and carries a wide variety of projects in Adair County under it's umbrella, including owning the Gathering Place, tornado recovery, the Adair County Hygiene Pantry, senior scholarships, children's choir, Dive Into Project Pool, along with a wide array of community betterment projects.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband Chad, daughter and son in law and her grandchildren.  Jennifer believes small towns can only thrive with a strong volunteer presence and is thrilled to help launch the Boys & Girls Club in our community.

SECRATARY: STEPHANIE VALENTINE ‍Secretary since 2026

Stephanie resides in Greenfield with her family and works at Union State Bank. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. She joined the Boys & Girls Club Board because she cares about creating better opportunities for young people in her community and desires to be part of something that makes a real, lasting difference. With a strong belief that every child deserves access to safe spaces, mentorship, and enriching activities, she saw the board as a way to help expand and improve youth programs in the area. Her goal is to support efforts that keep kids engaged after school, build confidence, and open doors to future success. Having also served previously on the Greenfield Chamber Main Street Board for eight years, she wants to continue to give back to the community that has already given her so much.

TREASURER: COURTNEY WEST ‍Treasurer since 2026

Courtney lives in Greenfield with her husband and two kids. After graduating from Creston High School, she received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting from Iowa State University. She is an actively licensed CPA. Courtney has worked at FNB Bank for 5 years and is currently the CFO. As a parent with young kids, she recognizes how important it is to have a safe place for our kids to go during the summer and after school. She excited to support an organization that is bringing another option for childcare to families in Greenfield.   

MARIE BAUDLER-WARNER ‍ ‍Board Member since 2026

Marie Warner is a lifelong resident of Greenfield and a graduate of Nodaway Valley High School. She has spent more than 15 years working with families in a variety of roles and currently serves as the Director of Services at Support Services of South Central Iowa.  Marie is actively involved in her community, serving on the Greenfield Chamber Main Street Board, Greenfield Library Board, Disaster Recovery Board, and the MATURA Board, and participates as a non-voting member on her organization’s board. She and her husband have chosen to raise their son in Greenfield because of their appreciation for the community and the opportunities it provides for families.  Marie became interested in joining the Boys & Girls Club board because of her passion for supporting youth and families. “I care a lot about making sure kids have a safe place to go and people in their corner. Being part of something that supports them and helps them grow just feels important to me.”

TIM JAMES ‍ ‍ Board Member since 2026

Tim lives in Adair and graduated from Adair-Casey High School. Tim and his wife, Michelle, live in Adair. He works at Whitecap in Outside Sales. Tim became involved at the Club because he has a passion for the youth in our community and wants to help them succeed any way he can! Many youth in our communities think very highly of Tim, as he built a strong girls’ basketball program and coached for over a decade. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his grand kids.

MIKE NOLAND ‍ ‍ Board Member since 2026 ‍ ‍

After graduating from Adair-Casey High School, Mike continued his education at the University of Iowa to obtain his bachelor’s degree in finance and finished with his MBA from Drake University. Mike works for Caliber Concrete in Adair as the Office Controller. In his free time, you will often see Mike supporting his children by attending local band events, music activities and athletics. Mike became interested in the Boys & Girls Club of CSWI because he enjoys supporting our local youth and wants to ensure they have a program to participate in after school and during the summer.

KARI SNELLER ‍ ‍Board Member since 2026 ‍

Kari and her family live in Casey, and she is a graduate of Adair-Casey High School. She received an associate in arts degree from Des Moines Area Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from William Penn University. She has been employed at Wells Fargo for over 20 years and is currently a Senior Compliance Specialist with Corporate Risk. Kari became interested in becoming a board member because she is a mother of three and her children attended the Adair club while in elementary school. “Our local area is lucky to have such great organization for being such a small community, I wanted to get involved to help ensure future success of the club for many years to come.”‍
